Brick oven-cooked, fermented in stainless steel, and twice column-distilled through copper coils, our blanco shimmers with silver-blue clarity. Bright citrus and green fruit open on the nose with lemon leaf, green pear and apple - then layered with bread crust and caramel. Naturally sweet, faintly savory, and mineral-driven, finishing with pink pepper, bay leaf, and orange peel in a silky, harmonious close.
